A modern Chardonnay produced from the finest vineyards of Margaret River. Expect aromas of kaffir limes, grapefruits, golden apples, peaches, nectarines, pineapples and exotic flowers, with a hint of smoky vanilla oak balanced by crisp acidity, closing with a long finish. Serve with smoked salmon, pork dumplings or roast chicken.

Kaffir lime leaf and lime peel kick off a high-toned set of aromas, followed by white grapefruit, green pineapple and white nectarine with a gentle sheath of vanillin and toasty oak beneath. The palate is equally fresh and tensile though with ample texture foil it. Lime zest, green apple, grapefruit pith, white nectarine and pineapple are coiled within brisk and zesty acidity along with some preserved lime phenolics through the finish. WINEMAKING & PRODUCTION:
This Margaret River Chardonnay is a testament to our minimalist winemaking approach, where we let the fruit and the region speak for themselves. We gently guide the wine through its journey, preserving its varietal expression and showcasing the unique characteristics of Margaret River. After harvest, the grapes are carefully pressed, and the juice is fermented in a combination of stainless steel and older French oak barrels. This balanced approach allows the vibrant fruit flavours to shine while adding a subtle layer of complexity and texture. The wine is then aged on its lees for several months, enhancing its richness and mouthfeel. We bottle the Chardonnay with minimal intervention, preserving its freshness and vibrancy. The result is a wine that is both elegant and approachable, a true reflection of Margaret River's cool-climate elegance.
